Uncompromising Quality Assurance

Our quality is built on a foundation of Japanese engineering and a relentless commitment to perfection. We ensure every solar module delivers exceptional performance and reliability for decades.

Quality control inspection

Our Philosophy: Zero Defects

Our quality management is guided by a simple but powerful principle: Reject, Prevent, and Eliminate Defects. This three-pronged approach ensures that our commitment to quality is upheld at every stage, from raw material sourcing to final delivery in the Philippines.

Reject Defects

Strict incoming material inspection to stop faults at the source. Any component not meeting our standards is rejected before it enters production.

Prevent Defects

In-process monitoring and automated controls to prevent defects from occurring during manufacturing. We use statistical process control to maintain consistency.

Eliminate Defects

Rigorous final inspection and testing in Japan to eliminate any non-conforming products before they are shipped to our clients in the Philippines.

Advanced Testing & Inspection

Every NextEnergy module is manufactured by Tier 1 OEMs and undergoes a final, rigorous inspection in Japan before shipment. We utilize advanced testing procedures to guarantee performance and durability far beyond standard requirements.

Electroluminescence (EL) Testing

Detects microcracks, soldering issues, and other invisible defects within the solar cells at multiple production stages.

Thermal Cycling Test

Subjects modules to extreme temperature changes (-40°C to 85°C) to ensure durability against thermal stress.

Damp Heat Test

Tests module performance in high-humidity and high-temperature environments to guarantee longevity.

Potential-Induced Degradation (PID) Test

Ensures modules resist power loss caused by voltage differences, a critical factor for long-term performance.

Mechanical Load Test

Verifies that modules can withstand heavy snow and strong wind loads (5400/2400 Pa) as specified.

UV Exposure Test

Assesses the materials' resistance to degradation from long-term ultraviolet radiation exposure.

Our Warranty Commitment

Our confidence in our quality is backed by a robust, long-term warranty scheme. We provide a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty, ensuring your investment is protected for the long run.
